Indigenous Partnerships 

We respect and honour Indigenous peoples’ unique qualities and distinct relationship to the land and environment. Through open communication, we strive to develop positive relationships that are based on trust, honesty, and integrity. Guided by our values and policies, our goal is to develop mutually beneficial business and employment opportunities with Indigenous peoples and their communities.  

Reconciliation is a journey requiring a thoughtful approach and long-term commitment. Boom Construction has taken the approach by partnering with First Nations to provide economic and career opportunities. We are currently working with partnered First Nations to create long career paths for Nation members both at our Facility in Crossfield and on reserve.
